11:20 Wake up when best friend calls to chat--everyone should have a "good morning call" person!
11:30 Eat a big bowl of Reese's Puffs cereal.
11:45 Throw in a load of laundry, then check the following sites: PWCS, work email, home email, blogs, facebook, then farmville (plant raspberries and strawberries)
12:30 More laundry, stuff report card folders
1:30 Watch tv reruns, work on child study reports
2:15 Laundry, McDonald's lunch, check the pertinent websites. (Harvest raspberries)
3:00 Update blog, laundry, child study reports
4:00 Laundry
4:12 Text message: Oh, no! We don't have school tomorrow! (Did I forget to mention another 10-20 inches of snow tonight and tomorrow?)
4:45 Check pertinent sites, Harvest raspberries and strawberries, plant more raspberries. Upload pictures to Target for Project Life and scrapping at Anne's
5:00 Laundry, again...check in with emails, blogs, etc
5:30 Cam comes home from playdate...snow has started!!
5:45 Trip to Gamestop and Target with Sam. She trades in $30 worth of DS games and uses the credit to buy 2000 nintendo points. She has enough money to buy The Lightning Thief. She's THRILLED! The roads are getting a bit slippery and snow is falling fast!
7:00 Home from going "to town". Harvest raspberries. Eat yummy spaghetti and meatballs for dinner
7:30 Fold laundry, cuddle with Cam, accidentally bought Lightning Thief for Kindle...watch American Idol with Pat and the kids
9:00 Kid bedtime!!! Help Sam put clean sheets on her bed, then tuck them both in. Watch Lost with Pat
10:00 Pat goes to the gym, I try to finish up Child Study reports. Not fun. I watch the news, then Biggest Loser from tonight-eat some Thin Mints while I watch.

It's 11:30 now...off to bed to read...good night!!

Here Comes the Big One...

Latest forecast is calling for 15-30 inches. I took these pictures right before bed. It is supposed to snow all day tomorrow, the snow being heavy at times...

The Beginning of Cabin Fever?

When I came down this morning Cameron was in the bathroom washing his hands...I was a bit suspicious, but still too asleep to pursue the issue further. The next time I checked my camera, these are what I found....


Cam can't draw on his fingers and take pictures at the same time, so he must have had a co-conspirator...

Anyone seeing a pattern here?

Since I knew that today would be a snow day at 11:03 last night, I stayed up late catching up on my shows and working on report cards. When I got ready to go up to bed at 2am, I happened to glance outside. I had to run get my camera and find a grown-up-sized pair of boots to wear out on the deck. It was stunningly beautiful outside! God's peace could be felt all around me, and it didn't seem to matter that my hallway would be trashed for another few days....

Life is just one big cycle...

Just like laundry and snow days, it seems like every time I turn around it's time to do report cards, again.

Yet another Love/Hate relationship in my life....

Pat gave me this printer for Mother's Day 2 years ago. Has it really been that long? I mention to him on a regular basis, "Have I ever told you how much I love that printer?" Seriously. It's awesome. Til it sporadically decides not to print what I tell it to. Spoiled, persnickety printer!
